The Brief
Looking to showcase their understanding and empathy for the unique challenges faced by small businesses, PayPal tasked Wildlife with highlighting their SMB-centric campaign by developing a tech-driven small business consultation hub.
Understanding that small businesses are anything but small, PayPal's goal was to give these SMBs a tool to better control their universe and their futures.
Our Approach
With A.I. and machine learning leading all emerging technologies, we wanted to harness the power of artificial intelligence with the help of natural language processing, voice input, and text-to-speech to create a state-of-the-art branded tool for SMBs and PayPal.
Visual interactions
Custom illustrations were created to visualize the range of business challenges faced by small business owners. The resulting tone feels conversational, avoiding the cold quiz mechanics users often encounter in business-focused experiences.
Playful, game-like interfaces make responses fun and easy - allowing for a speedy flow that keeps the experience light and approachable to help ensure completions.
Once finished, users get a custom PDF generated with personalized tips, curated by our AI consultant trained on survey data and insights from thousands of other small business owners across the globe.
